Annual Max Limits
Annual maximums are the amount the dental plan will pay each year. Some dental plans have unlimited annual maximums. Even though Spirit does not offer unlimited annual maximums, two of its plans offer two of the highest annual maximums in the country.
Higher Premiums with PPO
HMO dental plans tend to be lower in cost than Spirit PPO plans, but you also lose flexibility of seeing specialists and the networks tend to be smaller.
Deductible
